"When my CD was delivered by the STUDY CENTRE, I was unable to install it as I am not computer literate. When I called the manager of the STUDY CENTRE and explained my predicament, he sent someone to help install my CD. When this person discovered that a particular component required to work the programme was missing from my Windows, he undertook to source it and bring it home. This he did and today my child is having fun with the programme and learning at the same time. I understand that the STUDY CENTRE will not be able to do the same for clients outside of Gauteng but the manager has assured me that they have an effective telephonic helpline."

"Last year, my daughter who was in grade nine, produced between 30% and 40% in most of her subjects, including Maths – a subject she disliked intensely.  At the end of October, I was approached by a representative of the STUDY CENTRE to purchase their Maths Programme which I did. Payment and delivery were to be made in January of the following year. Since my daughter’s final exams were around the corner, the consultant assisted her to draw a study schedule.

My wife and I could not believe it when we received our daughter’s final report. She obtained an ‘A’ in Maths and vastly improved in all her other subjects. The school awarded her a certificate for her dramatic achievement in Maths. Both my wife and I were very proud of our daughter’s accomplishment. We knew that she had the ability but she lacked the know-how of studying.
